It was a sad, life-threatening event that didn't just shake the NFL. It shook the world. As a result, the game was canceled and the NFL has considered options for playoff implications.
That includes a neutral site game if the Bills, Bengals, or Kansas Chiefs are involved in the AFC championship game with each other. The team with the higher winning percentage will get the better seeding as well.
