Once lauded as the NFC North favorite, this team took a sudden fall from grace. Plagued by injuries and a lack of consistency on both sides of the ball, this team has roared back from the dead. Which team is suddenly entering the playoff picture?
That would be the Green Bay Packers. The Pack, led by Aaron Rodgers, had a plethora of luck over the weekend. With the Lions, Commanders, Giants, and Seahawks all losing, Green Bay has climbed back into the playoff race.
What's more, it's possible they could clinch that spot. Washington must defeat a solid Dallas Cowboys team and the Lions are coming to Lambeau. There's a chance the Packers can get in after all.
That's especially true after Green Bay's 26-20 win in Miami on Christmas Day. Tua Tagovailoa threw three picks in the second half, leaving the reigning MVP, Rodgers, to do the rest for the Pack.
Will Green Bay make the playoffs? Who knows? They might even make the sixth seed; the Giants aren't apt to be around for much longer this season, either. However, the Packers must win their final two games to make it happen. Otherwise, the Lambeau Leaps will come to an end.
